The service was really friendly and laidback. I had the clam chowder and the Cobb salad, both of which provided huge portions. I really should have chosen one or the other, as I got very full. The bar window opened up to the street, which made it a little loud, but not intrusively so. I went at a weird time of day, so the crowd was small, but it seemed like a really nice, low key neighborhood bar. Would definitely hang out here if I lived in Boston.

First of all let me start with saying, the bartender was super nice and really attentive. The beer selection is fire and she helped us pick beers, letting us try a few.
My boyfriend ordered a chicken parm sandwich and I got the California club. When I got mine, I tried a bite and it was like straight rubber and I couldn't even chew it so I had to spit it out. FYI: I never send things back, I'm not a very picky eater, and I've been a server for a good number of years... So, I tried to take another bite from a different side but it was the same thing, I couldn't even stomach it.
I told our bartender that I simply couldn't eat the food I was given and she was SUPER nice about it and got me a veggie burger (which was pretty good!) and she even took the drinks off the tab because she felt bad. We tipped her well over 20% because she went above and beyond and she is not the cook.
My boyfriend ate his sandwich but then complained of a stomachache immediately afterwards...
Perhaps it was an off day and the chicken wasn't the best for some reason. Going forward, will likely only do drinks here. -

Went in for buffalo chicken dip. Not a fan at all.
Went on Sunday the 26th of May. The gentleman that was there was too kind. I broke a glass and he was so easy about it.
They have thee best Cabernet Sauvignon i've ever had. they have tons of beer on tap.
The establishment is nice. The set up, there is seating all across the room, big windows, and plenty of TVs.
I want to come back here another night and try more things on the menu cause they do have a lovely option. -

I hadn't been here in years because the service had always been poor. We went for a quick dinner last night and I was pleasantly pleased. It wasn't stellar but it was definitely better than in the past. There is a pretty extensive menu. The wings were good. The potato skins were a little strange with what seemed like buffalo or some other flavoring inside but still pretty good. The Caesar salad was also good. They have a good drink selection. I would go back but not in a rush.

I love this place! I live nearby and go in often for a good bite and if any sports games on are. Their buffalo chicken dip is some of the best I've ever had! They're also very accommodating if you want to watch a different game/sporting event on a certain TV.
